I'm in for the whole schebang! Mapping out my afternoon workouts (weights) for Monday - Sunday (then repeat). Morning workout is a 45 minute walk in the neighborhood before work (probably mega-early, but gotta do what I gotta do).
Might have my wife join Herd for Her, so she can do it as well...but we'll see. :)
My wife and another Herd Strong wife will be hosting the Herd for Her challenge so even if she doesn't want to do the full thing they will have some options.
