Good morning, Men.
Welcome to Day 8 — Week 2 of our 90-day challenge.
We are still in the early rounds of the fight you willingly stepped into—a fight to fortify your mind, body, and soul. That alone says something about the kind of men you are.
This is a good moment to take inventory.
Is your plan working? (You did make a plan, right?)
How’s it going so far—are you running strong above the fray, or just running to the bathroom every 30 minutes?
Either way, you’re still here—and that matters.
Let’s check in with each other.
What wins have you had?
What setbacks showed up—and what did you overcome?
If you’re feeling the pressure already, say it out loud. We don’t quit in silence.
Did you catch that my friend…
WE DON’T QUIT IN SILENCE!
You joined this group for a reason, this is that reason. You can be that man you envision.
“Let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.” — Galatians 6:9
Hear this clearly:
YOU are man enough.
YOU keep your word.
YOU can do hard things.
Your son, your daughter, your wife can count on you—especially when it’s uncomfortable. You don’t have to be perfect in life or in this challenge, but you will not quit.
“Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one receives the prize? So run that you may obtain it.” — 1 Corinthians 9:24
“Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong.” — 1 Corinthians 16:13
Call to action:
Today, post one win and one challenge in this group. Then take one intentional action that proves you’re running to win—not just trying to survive. Lace up. Lock in. Let’s go.
Challenge: Staying fully present when my body and mind wanted comfort instead of growth.
Action: I chose discipline over ease and aligned my actions with the person I’m becoming. Running to win. Locked in.
