3 weeks down! I’m back to being able to use the knee scooter again. Couple of cold and snowy scoots around the park. Glad I did one right after church this morning. Other than working around my bum foot, my biggest challenge has been diet. I’ve had a couple of days where I got stuck with provided food that didn’t fit with what I want to do, so this afternoon I cooked several meals for the week. Also, bought some things I can keep in my desk at work for those unexpected times.
